Council house swap in Ireland
Home Swap helps council and approved housing body tenants find a swap: a council house swap in Dublin, a council swap in Cork, or a move to any of the 26 counties. List your home, say where you want to go, and get matched with tenants who want to move to you.
Before you swap
Every council has its own transfer and mutual exchange rules. Your landlord must approve the swap before anyone moves, so check your local council's council house swap rules first.
